Definitions and Who we are 

Some of the terms used on our site have specific meanings related to driving simulation training. Please refer to our Terms of Service for definitions.

Urban Intelligenx provides the booking platform to connect businesses with driving simulation providers. We are responsible for the booking platform itself, but not the actual simulation training, which is provided directly by our partner service providers. 

We do not buy, sell or resell any simulation packages. When a booking is made, the partner provider simply agrees with us a pre-commission payment for facilitating the reservation through our platform. No additional booking fees apply to our business clients.

How does our service work? 

We make it easy to search and book available timeslots for driving simulation training from multiple partner providers. When you book a session on our site, you enter into a direct contract with the simulation service provider that offers the training.  

The information shown is based on what our partner providers supply. We work to keep all listing details up to date, but it may take a few hours for new information to be reflected after a provider updates their availability or package offerings.

Who do we work with?

Only driving simulation service providers that have a professional simulator device and an active partnership agreement with Urban Intelligenx will appear on our booking platform. They may also offer simulations through other channels. We do not own or operate any of the simulation service providers ourselves – each is an independent business that has chosen to work with us.

How do we make money?

We do not sell or resell any simulation training products or services. Once a booked session is complete, we receive a commission payment for facilitating the booking service through our platform.

Prices

Urban Intelligenx sets the rates for all driving simulation training packages displayed on our site. 

When making a booking, your business agrees to pay the cost of the simulation package as listed, plus any additional applicable charges like taxes. More pricing info is available during checkout.

We provide details about simulation provider equipment based on information provided by our partners. The listed prices cover usage of any supplies needed for the training experience. 

By setting package prices centrally, Urban Intelligenx aims to provide consistency and transparency for customers when browsing and comparing simulation training options on our platform.

Payments 

As your booking platform, Urban Intelligenx handles payments through the following process:

  • For customer bookings, we will send an invoice for payment upon booking to secure the timeslot(s) with our partner simulation provider. Clients will have 14 business days to submit payment to us.
  • Payment to the simulation service provider will be issued by Us upon confirmation that the training was completed as scheduled. 
  • If a booking needs to be canceled or rescheduled, our standard cancellation/rescheduling policies and any applicable fees will apply. This allows Us to avoid transfer of funds to simulation centers for bookings that do not ultimately take place.

By billing our business customers ahead of reserving timeslots and only forwarding compensation to centers after confirmed trainings and payment, our process eliminates inconveniences from cancellations while still providing a guaranteed booking for our customers.

Help and advice – if the unexpected happens

If any issues arise with your booked simulation services or you have other questions, please contact us. You can reach us by Email. We prioritize handling complaints and aim to address the most urgent inquiries as quickly as possible. 

To best assist you, please provide:

  • your Booking reference number, and the email address you used when you booked the simulation raining services 
  • a summary of the issue, including how you’d like us to help you
  • details of anything you’ve been charged
  • any supporting documents (bank statement, final invoice, photos, receipts, etc.).

No matter the concern, we will do our best to find a resolution. On rare occasions, a driving simulation timeslot may be incorrectly offered on our site. If you book before we correct it, your reservation may need to be cancelled with a full refund provided.

We also reserve the right to end our partnership with simulation service providers that breach their contract terms or provide customers with inaccurate information about their services. Please see our Terms of Service sections on handling issues and applicable policies.
